Orico’s Exchange and Return Policy

 

Product Return

The company does not accept returns in all cases. Carefully study the product specifications before purchase.

 

Product Exchange

Products elegible for exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (as per the delivery provider’s record) are as follow:
- Manufacturing defects or damages.
- Incorrect delivery. Model, color, size or specification does not match the indicated product details.
- The producto must be unused and in perfect condition, including all accessecories, documentation (if any), and original packaging (if any).

 

Not Exchangeable Products

- Incorrect order of model, color or size made by customers.
- Broken, torn or damanged packaging.
- Missing accessories.
- Over 7 days after the date of receipt has passed.
- Clearance sale products or freebies.

 

How to process product exchange

- Once confirmed, send the product in question, together with detailed description of the problem, your name, address and contact phone number, as well as the corresponding receipt, to Technical Support at the following address: BACK N CO., LTD.

- Technical Support will contact you in 3-7 business days after inspection/testing.
- After inspection/testing, if no defect or damage is found, the original product will be returned to the customer. However, if a defect or damage is found, a new product will be sent to the customer.

 

Cost of Delivery

The company covers the cost of delivery only in case of eligible products claimed within 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

Remarks

The company reserves the right to exchange and/or modify the Exchange and Return Policy without prior notice.
