Note: Please back up data first in case data loss happens.

1. Check your external hard drive is powered up.
Not all hard drive is powered by the single USB port, some may require an external power source such as AC supply or a secondary USB port.
Check your hard drive to see whether it has more than one USB port and connect it to an AC power supply or a USB cable to the port.

2. Try a different USB port or computer.
Firstly, plugging your hard drive into a different USB port on your computer and if you are connecting your drive through a USB hub, making sure your hub doesn’t need extra power resource. If the above fails, try a different computer, sometimes the different computer systems make significant difference on compatibilities.

3. Check the hard drive is enabled and allocated.
If the hard drive is connected and powered properly, you may need to manually enable it in computer settings.
Start Menu -Typing ‘Disk Management’ – Click ’Create and format hard disk partitions’ – Find your disk on the list of available drives with the ‘offline’ mark underneath it – right click your drive – click ‘’Online.
If this not working, right-click your drive – click’ Change Drive Letter and Paths’.
If you find the word ’Unallocated’ underneath the drive name it means you need to reset it and delete content. Right-click on the drive's name - click ‘New Simple Volume’.

4. Drivers need to be upgraded.
Open the ‘Start menu’ – typing and click "device manager" – scroll down to find your drive in the list. If there is an exclamation point that appears next to your drive, then you need to update the driver.
Right-click on your drive -click ‘Properties’ - click ‘Driver’ - ‘Update driver’ - click ‘Search automatically for drivers’ to search online for a new driver.

When you plug into your device, please find the device name as BT90 in [Device Manager]-[Sound, Video, and Game Controller], which is the adapter?
There is no Bluetooth icon on the computer.
Please open your Bluetooth earphones， and turn on Auto search mode to repair.
Sound equipment: headset audio can only support two devices at the same time.

Method 1: Right-click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the computer, select to open the sound settings (or playback device), and then set the linked Bluetooth device to the default value. Some devices will have two icons set up as the default value to the suitable one.

Method2: Search the 'control panel' of the computer, select the 'hardware and sound' then click the 'device and printer' and finally find the 'connected Bluetooth device' right-click and choose properties, and turn off the hands-free service in the select-service bar.
Note: Make sure you download the driver first.

There are several reasons why this error may have occurred:
Ports are malfunctioning
Controller bus
The controller may be outdated
Faulty ports
First, try another USB Port, and see if the issue is resolved. Also, avoid using USB Hubs because hubs may sometimes lack sufficient current to power the drive. It is better to plug it directly into the system.

The second way: update all your device drivers.A suspended Setting could be a culprit. Consider disabling USB selective suspend settings. And do check controller driver a corrupted or outdated driver can also cause this kind of problem so try re-installing drivers.

Note: Please back up the important data first. The new disk needs to be formatted.

1. Slide the red switch on the back of the fuselage, and set the mode you want.
2. Press and hold the SET button while turning on the power switch.
3. After about 15 seconds, release the SET button

It shows a disk in Disk Management and then builds a new partition.
Tips: If your system is Linux and has no button, no software for RAID, you could build a RAID on the Windows laptop and move to a Linux laptop.

1. It may be the resolution set by the computer cannot be displayed normally on the monitor side, or the monitor side does not support the normal display of the resolution. It is recommended that you set the same resolution on the computer side as your monitor.

2. It may also be that your system is abnormal. You can try to use HDMI to connect to other monitors to see if the signal can be output normally. If there is a signal output it indicates that there is no problem on the computer side, at least the hardware and software are not damaged. If there is no signal output, you can probably determine that there is an abnormality on the computer side, whether it is hardware or software, you can test it out. Note: If possible try another computer to check if it can be used. If it can’t be used, it’s a product problem; If yes it’s something wrong with the computer. Some computer interfaces do not support video signal output.

Download the Bluetooth driver on the official website(https://www.orico.cc/us).

 

Note: Some models do not need the Bluetooth driver.

1. A new hard disk should be formatted before it is used.

2. Check the USB connection. Go to the computer and right-click, check disk management and the status - maybe the system's allocation of a drive letter is wrong.

3. Check whether one of the hard disks is offline. If so please connect the offline hard disk again.

4. Please confirm your port - the computer interface usually is eSATA. Generally, most of computer’s eSATA interface doesn’t have PM port (it has copy function). The eSATA port only can recognize one hard disk. But, our Multiple USB port and our expansion’s in eSATA’s port can recognize two hard disks at the same time.

5. After refreshing the firmware, please refresh the original firmware again. Also, you can download the firmware from the official website

First check if there is a power hub. The hub with power must be powered on before it can be used. Then go to the device manager of the computer to see if there is an exclamation mark or question mark. Generally, the driver can be scanned and repaired by the driver life or driver wizard.
If the USB3.0 or USB2.0 driver shows a question mark, then you need to uninstall the USB3.0 driver in the device manager and rescan and install it.

Step 1: Insert the hard disk - put the target disk to the target one, and put the source disk to the source one.
Step 2: Slide the switch to the clone position.
Step 3: Turn on the supply power and double-click the start button.

Note:

1. The target disk’s capacity must be larger than the source one.

2. Don’t connect the USB cable or eSATA cable when you are cloning.

3. The target disk shows 'offline status‘ after the dock is copied offline, connected to the computer, and adjusted to PC mode. You need to connect the computer with a USB cable, then go to the ’disk management and find ‘target disk': right-click and select online.

4. When source disk and target disk capacity are different, it appears two words: an offline partition and an unallocated partition. You need to connect the computer first and find an unallocated partition to create a simple volume so that the target disk could be used.

5. Since the hard disk position indicator is always on, the hard disk progress indicator light flashes back and forth.

1. Given the hard disk itself is working well, please kindly check all the devices according to these steps.

2. The new hard disk needs to be formatted.

3. Since M.2 hard disk has two protocols: SATA protocol and NVMe protocol, choose NGFF for hard disk with SATA and choose NVMe for hard disk with NVMe protocol.

4. Be sure you choose the right data cable - USB and Type -C.

5. Check if the LED light is working.

RAID setting method: (If the hard disk is not a new hard disk, please backup the data and then set up the RAID mode)

1. Turn off the power button of device.

2. Trigger the RAID mode switch on the back of the device, set the RAID mode that you wants;

3. Press and hold the set button, turn on the power switch, release the SET button after 5 seconds;

4. At the same time, the RAID manager software can be installed on the computer to manage the RAID function through software.

1. Connect 2 SATA hard drives, note that Source is the source disk, Target is the target disk (the capacity of the target disk should be larger than the source disk).

2. When offline copying, select Clone on the back the hard drive dock, which is clone mode. When Clone is not used, switch to PC mode directly.

3. Plug in the power and turn on the power switch.

4. After the above preparations are ready, press the START button twice, the percentage indicators will light back and forth at first, and indicators will all light up when copy finished.
