General Warranty Conditions:

Back N Co., Ltd. is committed to providing customers with a satisfactory purchase and after-sales experience through the following warranty policy:

Warranty is provided by the manufacturer for standard product usage (starting from 1 year, up to 2 years depending on the product type), effective from the date specified on the receipt.

Warranty covers normal use as specified in the product manual or packaging documentation. The warranty excludes accidental damage, drops, water damage, and natural disasters under all circumstances.

The company reserves the right to modify or amend the warranty conditions without prior notice.
- Warranty Period by Product Type:
- Detailed warranty information is provided in each product description.
- Warranty is limited to the terms specified by the company.
- Warranty coverage applies only under conditions of normal use as stated by the manufacturer. -
Damage Not Covered by Warranty:-Damage to the product or accessories, such as cracks, burns, dents, or missing parts, will void the warranty immediately.- Damage from accidents, natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes), or insects/animals will void the warranty immediately.- Damage from incorrect installation, repairs, modifications, or the use of unauthorized parts will void the warranty immediately.- Software or data loss on hard drives is not covered. It is advised to back up important data before submitting for repair.- Misuse, improper storage, or abnormal conditions, such as glue stains, rust, or PCB circuit damage, will void the warranty.- Cosmetic issues like color or minor scratches are not covered by the warranty.- Products with damaged or incomplete packaging or without an intact warranty sticker cannot be returned.- Customers must provide the original receipt and ensure the product has an intact serial number and warranty sticker. Any damage or removal of the sticker will void the warranty.- The company does not accept returns for opened or used products.- The company reserves the right to change the warranty terms without prior notice.
Return Policy:
The company does not accept product returns under any circumstances. Please review product specifications carefully before purchasing.
Product Exchange:
- Customers may exchange products within 7 days of receipt (based on shipping records) under the following conditions:
- Defects or damage due to manufacturing.
- Incorrect model, color, or size received.
- The product must be unused, with all accessories included.
Non-Exchangeable Products:
- Products purchased with incorrect model, color, or size.
- Damaged or incomplete packaging.
- Missing accessories.
- Products received over 7 days ago.
- Clearance sale items and free gifts.

The Support Team will inspect the product within 3-7 business days and contact the customer with the results.

If the product is found to be undamaged, it will be returned to the customer. If a defect is found, a replacement will be sent.
Shipping Costs:
The company will cover shipping costs for product exchanges within 7 days of purchase due to company error only.
