Warranty Policy

สินค้าโอริโก้มาพร้อมการรับประกัน 6 เดือน , 12 เดือน และ 24 เดือน เฉพาะสินค้าที่นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายโดยบริษัท แบ็ค เอ็น จำกัด เท่านั้น

 

1.ระยะเวลาการรับประกัน

• - สินค้ากลุ่มที่มีแบตเตอร์รี่เช่นหูฟังบลูธูท พาวเวอร์แบงค์ ให้การรับประกัน 6 เดือน นับจากวันที่ซื้อ
• - สินค้ากลุ่ม HDD Protector ได้แก่ BSC/PHB ให้การรับประกัน 12 เดือนนับจากวันที่ซื้อ 
• - สินค้าอื่นๆ HDD Enclosure / HDD Docking / USB HUB / Charger ให้การรับประกัน 24 เดือนนับจากวันที่ซื้อ

2. การเคลมสินค้า

• - กรุณาเก็บรักษาข้อมูลการซื้อสินค้า ทั้งใบเสร็จและ ดูแลรักษาสติกเกอร์ VOID คู่ตัวไม่ให้ถูกทำลาย
• - แจ้งรายละเอียดการใช้สินค้าที่เกิดปัญหาหรือสถานการณ์ที่ทำให้เกิด
• - การเคลมสินค้าขึ้นกับสถานะภาพของสินค้าซึ่งหากเกิดจากการใช้งานที่ไม่ปกติ ซึ่งไม่อยู่ในการรับประกันได้แก่

ก. สินค้าที่เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดประเภท, ใช้งานผิดรูปแบบปกติ, เชื่อมต่อด้วยอุปกรณ์ไม่ตรงตามคู่มือ, การขัดจังหวะการใช้งานปกติ อย่างไม่เหมาะสม
ข. สินค้าโดนเปิดออก หรือมีการดัดแปลง​โดยไม่ได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ผลิต
ค. สินค้าเกิดความเสียหายเนื่องจากภัยธรรมชาติ
ง. สินค้าอยู่เหนือระยะเวลาประกัน
จ. ไม่สามารถยืนยันการซื้อสินค้าจากผู้นำเข้าถูกกฎหมายได้ ในประเทศไทย คือ บริษัท แบ็ค เอ็น จำกัด
ฉ. เอกสารยืนยันการซื้อไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือถูกปลอมแปลง

 

3. ข้อควรระวัง
สินค้าที่ถูกเปิด หรือถูกซ่อมแซมแก้ไขโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัท แบ็ค เอ็น จำกัด หรือเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดประเภท ถือว่าเป็นการสิ้นสุดการรับประกันในทันที แต่หากยังอยู่ในการดูแลของทางบริษัท ซึ่งอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการดูแล และซ่อมแซมแก้ไขให้กลับมาอยู่ในสภาพปกติเพื่อการใช้งาน

 

4. สินค้าที่ซื้อจากต่างประเทศ
โอริโก้ประเทศไทย ดูแลครอบคลุมสินค้าทุกชิ้นที่นำเข้าโดย บริษัท แบ็ค เอ็น จำกัด หากสินค้าถูกนำเข้าหรือซื้อจากต่างประเทศเพื่อนำมาใช้ในประเทศ ถือว่าไม่อยู่ในการรับประกันโดยบริษัทฯ หากเกิดปัญหาการใช้งาน หรือปัญหากับอุปกรณ์ ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการปฏิเสธการซ่อม และทางบริษัทฯ มีความจำเป็นต้องเรียกเก็บค่าเปิดซ่อมแซมเป็นจำนวน 800 บาท ไม่รวมค่าอะไหล่และค่าดำเนินการพิเศษอื่นๆหากต้องมี

Product Return

The company does not accept returns in all cases. Carefully study the product specifications before purchase.

 

Product Exchange

Products elegible for exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (as per the delivery provider’s record) are as follow:
- Manufacturing defects or damages.
- Incorrect delivery. Model, color, size or specification does not match the indicated product details.
- The producto must be unused and in perfect condition, including all accessecories, documentation (if any), and original packaging (if any).

 

Not Exchangeable Products

- Incorrect order of model, color or size made by customers.
- Broken, torn or damanged packaging.
- Missing accessories.
- Over 7 days after the date of receipt has passed.
- Clearance sale products or freebies.

 

How to process product exchange

- Once confirmed, send the product in question, together with detailed description of the problem, your name, address and contact phone number, as well as the corresponding receipt, to Technical Support at the following address: BACK N CO., LTD.

- Technical Support will contact you in 3-7 business days after inspection/testing.
- After inspection/testing, if no defect or damage is found, the original product will be returned to the customer. However, if a defect or damage is found, a new product will be sent to the customer.

 

Cost of Delivery

The company covers the cost of delivery only in case of eligible products claimed within 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

Remarks

The company reserves the right to exchange and/or modify the Exchange and Return Policy without prior notice.
